* docs/DVC-API: doc that PATH must be a tree root in a revision ID.
* lisp/bzr.el (bzr-revision-get-last-revision): fix doc string; path in
revision must be root.
* lisp/dvc-diff.el (dvc-diff-ediff): Delete arg OTHER-FILE; not used. Fix
order of revisions in ediff; base on top.
(dvc-file-ediff-revisions): delete `&optional', autoload; never called
outside this file, and base, modified cannot be nil
* lisp/dvc-log.el (dvc-ediff-add-log-entry): match change in
dvc-diff-ediff; base on top.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-diff): Handle user-specified path, when
default-directory is not a tree root. Handle interactive call from a
buffer that is not a tree-root.
