Put "dvc-status" in dvc-back-end-wrappers, fix all current <back-end>-status.
Rename tla--read-project-tree-maybe to dvc-read-project-tree-maybe, use
in dvc-status.
Add 'unless-specified option to dvc-read-project-tree-maybe; mimics pcvs
behavior.
Other changes:
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-run-dvc-async): delete example of
dvc-run-dvc-async; it was wrong, and too hard to maintain.
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-revision-get-file-in-buffer): Simplify 'let'
structure, use `dvc-call'.
