Change add, revert, remove prompts to match pcvs style.
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-confirm-file-op): new function; prompt style
similar to pcvs.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-add-files): use dvc-confirm-file-op.
(dvc-revert-files): ditto.
(dvc-remove-files): ditto.
* lisp/dvc-buffers.el (dvc-switch-to-buffer): fix use of
dvc-other-frame-* variables.
