Clean up dvc-diff.el. Merge from stefan.
* lisp/bzr.el (bzr-diff): bind dvc-temp-current-active-dvc.
* lisp/dvc-diff.el (dvc-diff-base): declare buffer-local.
(dvc-diff-modified): declare buffer-local.
(dvc-buffer-search-file): delete variable; use dvc-call instead.
(dvc-dvc-search-file-in-diff): add doc string.
(dvc-prepare-changes-buffer): match above changes.
(dvc-diff-mode-map): add dvc-add-log-entry binding.
(dvc-diff-mode-menu-list): add dvc-add-log-entry binding.

default dvc-log path to buffer-file-name
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-log): default path to (buffer-file-name), so
M-x dvc-log from a source file works nicely.
