Improve documentation of relation of dvc-log-edit to dvc-current-file-list.
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-current-file-list): Doc that dvc-log-edit must
match this function.
(dvc-dvc-files-to-commit): Add FIXME.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-log-edit): Doc that `default-directory' must
be the tree root. Improve comment about dvc-diff or status buffers.
* lisp/xgit.el (xgit-parse-status): Fix free variable `indexed'.
