The problem is that currently only Arch (either tla or baz, that is) has
archives to Browse, and you don't seem to have either tla or baz
installed. I've added better handling of this case, so you'll be able
to tell why this happens.
Perhaps we should be burying these tla-specific items into their own
Submenu further down, so that new users don't run into them and get
discouraged.
