Use bzr 1.0 compatible commands in Makefiles.
* lisp/Makefile.in (BZR_REVISION_CMD):
* texinfo/Makefile.in (BZR_REVISION_CMD): Use a bzr 1.0 compatible method
for obtaining the revision-id. The --custom option to `bzr
version-info' is new in bzr 1.1.
