Add optional path argument to dvc-missing.
* lisp/dvc-defs.el (dvc-read-project-tree-mode): Doc that some commands
modify `unless-specified'.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-missing): Add path, force-prompt arguments.
This allows shortcuts of the form (dvc-missing nil "path/to/project).
dvc-missing is a convenient starting point for reviewing changes
committed by other developers.
* lisp/dvc-utils.el (dvc-read-project-tree-maybe): Add prefer-current
argument.
