Add dvc-revlist-update; update to revision at point.
* lisp/dvc-revlist.el (dvc-revlist-current-patch): New function.
(dvc-revlist-current-patch-struct): Use it.
(dvc-revlist-mode-map): Change tla-bookmarks to dvc-bookmarks. Add
dvc-revlist-update, dvc-merge.
(dvc-revlist-mode-menu): New function.
(dvc-revlist-update): New function; update to revision at point.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-update): Add optional revision-id argument.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn-dvc-update): Handle revision-id argument
