Add xmtn-revlist-mode
* lisp/dvc-diff.el: Improve comments on <back-end>-diff-mode.
* lisp/dvc-revlist.el (dvc-revlist-mode-map): Move dvc-merge key binding,
menu entry to xmtn-specific keymap, menu.
(dvc-revlist-mode): Doc <back-end>-revlist-mode.
(dvc-revlist-create-buffer): Call <back-end>-revlist-mode if defined.
* lisp/xdarcs.el (xdarcs-dvc-missing): Add &optional other.
* lisp/xmtn-revlist.el (xmtn-revlist-mode-map, xmtn-revlist-mode-menu,
xmtn-revlist-mode): New.
