Move binding of dvc-merge from xmtn-revlist.el to dvc-revlist.el; useful for
both bzr and xmtn back-ends
* lisp/dvc-revlist.el (dvc-revlist-mode-map): Add dvc-merge to keymap,
menu.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (ediff-init): Replace Xor from ediff-init.el with
dvc-xor; Xor going away in next Emacs release.
* lisp/dvc-utils.el (dvc-xor): Add dvc-xor.
* lisp/xmtn-revlist.el (xmtn-revlist-mode-map): Move binding of dvc-merge
to dvc-revlist.el
