Patch from Thien-Thi Nguyen: Don't mask errors in package-maint.el `load'
wrapper.
Note: The `backtrace' call in the (defunct) `condition-case'
handler is evaluated in the context of the `condition-case',
and thus does NOT show the stack at the error location.
(It was not useful anyway and won't be missed.)
* lisp/contrib/package-maint.el (package-maint-load-files):
Don't use `condition-case'; don't specifiy NOERROR to `load'.
