lots of xmtn improvements, dvc-intro manual
* lisp/dvc-fileinfo.el (dvc-fileinfo-base-file): handle modified file
that has a rename entry elsewhere in the ewoc.
(dvc-fileinfo-mark-dir-1, dvc-fileinfo-mark-dir): eliminate dir-compare
free variable
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-init): use mapc, not mapcar, according to
byte-compiler warnings.
(dvc-log): restore last-n default
* lisp/tla-core.el (tla--archive-tree-build-revisions): eliminate compiler
warnings
* lisp/tla-tests.el (tla-tests-get-list-cmds): eliminate compiler warnings
* lisp/tla.el (tla--delta-show-diff-on-buffer): eliminate compiler warnings
* lisp/xmtn-.el: lots of improvements
* lisp/xmtn-hooks.lua: new for xmtn-sync-sync
* lisp/xmtn-sync.el: new
* texinfo/Makefile.in (all): add dvc-intro.html
* texinfo/dvc-intro.texinfo: new; overall intro, focus on xmtn backend.
