dvc-uniquify-file-name: add optional resolve-symlinks arg. clean up use of
file-truename. misc xmtn improvements
* lisp/dvc-buffers.el (dvc-get-buffer-create): ensure don't create two
buffers to same workspace via different paths due to symlinks
(dvc-get-matching-buffers): use dvc-uniquify-file-name
* lisp/dvc-utils.el (dvc-uniquify-file-name): add optional resolve-symlinks
arg
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el: delete xmtn--same-tree-p
* lisp/xmtn-ids.el: delete xmtn--resolve--local-tree; not used
* lisp/xmtn-multi-status.el (xmtn-status-need-refresh): improve
* lisp/xmtn-propagate.el (xmtn-propagate-commit-to): improve
