Thanks to Jacob Pedersen, we now know that this patch wasn't quite 
correct. It used the "forward block" to shift the partition, but this 
meant all files started offset +64KB from the start. This is not great 
when you try to read the certificates.

I committed a fix to this in my version where only directory listings 
are forwarded, and the partition (plus files) are left properly.
