There were other commits, but the commit hook was not set yet.

LP stands for LaunchPad, aka Ubuntu bug. They have 30 bugs open with
stacktraces, a lot are easy to fix. A LOT of issues are still present
because of the heavy use of assert(0)

VLC usually stands for VLC trac system.
DD for Debian BTS.
