Folks seemed to be getting behind the idea of "pause" button for social
networking in this

so I thought I'd throw it out there. It's not something that I'm
particularly looking for personally and I'm not quite sure how it would
work with an lj-like format but I figured that since there is the desire
to have things that work for a wide variety of users it would be worth
mentioning.
