A lot of the support code for Dreamwidth is actually shared with
LiveJournal, and the multicvs.conf file points to LiveJournal
repositories for retrieving that code. Those repositories were moved
recently. Until there's a patch for that file, you should edit that file
and change all lines pointing to http://code.sixapart.com/ to point them
to http://code.livejournal.org/ instead. For instance,
SVN(gearman) = http://code.sixapart.com/svn/gearman/trunk
would become:
SVN(gearman) = http://code.livejournal.org/svn/gearman/trunk
