I've moved the Bugzilla installation to:
http://bugs.dwscoalition.org/
This will break URLs that you have already. I'm sorry; I wanted to do
it before we got too ingrained on www being the Bugzilla server, which
would mean we couldn't get any sort of site up at www. So it's moved
now, and my apologies for the inconvenience.
