For this (snipped below), it might be easier to determine what it 'should' do if we know what we 'want' it to do. (This is geared toward my 'test plan writing' mindset.)
What is it that people are expecting from this, so that it gets built to do what will work best and be the most useful. I'll admit, this is a feature I've probably only used less than a handful of times, so the only expectations I would have are 'the unprotected entries of the friends on my friends list'. Is there more to it than that, aside from what's been mentioned already.
