I went to add myself under 'waiting to deploy' at
http://dreamwidth.cometheapocalypse.com/notes/Who
and I saw that I could have my name appear as an
LJ user or as plain text ... but is there a way to
have it show me as an IJ user instead of LJ? I'm
still on LJ, but not posting new content there --
just fake cut-tags that link to actual entries
elsewhere (usually IJ).
I tried pasting in the raw HTML that '<lj user="...">'
generates on IJ (the way I refer to users in journal
entries, so that their names link to the right site
regardless of where the entry is posted) but when I
went to preview my edit, the code I pasted had
broken some aspect of the wiki's auto-formatting.
Worst case, I'll just go ahead and put myself in under
my LJ identity, but if there's a way to have it point
to my IJ instead, I'd prefer that.
