This is mostly just an FYI in case you happen to be pulling down code
in the next 24 hours...
I've managed to get the latest LJ code and DW code merged. In theory.
It's untested at this point. If you are interested in seeing how
horribly it explodes, you can do this in your dw-free repository:
cd cvs/dw-free
hg pull
hg update -C staging
** THIS WILL DESTROY ANY UNCOMMITTED CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE. ** So
make sure you have patch files. :-)
Once you've done that, you'll have to do the normal upgrade setups...
update-db, texttool, etc. Then you can restart your Apache, and if
all goes well, you'll be running. But it probably won't. (Really, it
won't!) I don't have time tonight to test. I'm about to go to bed.
But just in case you do try this, or if you somehow end up on the
staging branch, you can go back to current-production:
cd cvs/dw-free
hg pull
hg update -C production
Again with the 'this will blow away uncommitted changes' warnings
(less capital letters this time, though).
