That would probably work for the 'Member of' list, but Kat's using the 'Watching' list, which doesn't expand in that manner. However, there's a solution. When you go to the friendlist.bml page with the huge list of names, look at the address bar and add "&type=C" to the end. The resulting page will show you only communities. You can replace the "C" with other letters for different types - "P" for personal journals, "Y" for syndicated feeds, and "I" for OpenID accounts. You can also combine them, so "YI" will show syndicated feeds and OpenID accounts on the same page.
