For myself, I was excited to see the to-do list on the list of changes from
LJ that dreamwidth was developing, because I was sort of bummed to hear at
first that the to-do list would be stripped from dreamwidth.  I like that
LiveJournal's to-do list is integrated with LiveJournal meaning that I don't
want to sign-up for an account of a service that I might not frequently use
and that it has the ability to set in percentages how far you are in
completing a task.

What I would like to see that instead of the to-list being separate from a
user's journal that it becomes a service similar to LiveJournal's poll.
 There would be a to list manager, but you would have the ability to post a
task or a to do list as a entry in your journal and track how far along you
are in that post or subsequent posts like a word counter you often see
writers posted.  I think a lot more people would use the to-do list feature
if that was the case.
