I'm not quite sure whether you mean "a syndicated account on LiveJournal whose feed URL includes authentication information" (not sure whether such accounts currently exist) or "the URL of a syndicated feed of a LiveJournal personal account, which lets you see protected entries due to the presence if authentication information in said URL" (which doesn't exist, since LiveJournal doesn't support HTTP basic authentication for access to protected entries in feeds of its journals, and HTTP digest authentication - which is supported - doesn't expose the authentication info in the URL).
