Hm! Yes, something like that should be possible. All of these use background images to some extent, but most of those are simple and amenable to being colorshifted, and hexidecimal is easy to switch. I was already planning on doing up reddish and blueish variations of Celerity at some point. Actually, brighter versions of Gradation should be even easier.
