The issue with blocking certain tags being that you'd have to be able to do it
by each person (or else you'd be stuck not being able to read anything anyone
ever posted with that given tag), and also that it depends on people tagging
their posts.
If you implement the ability to block or lj-cut based on particular tags, it
just turns into "I WILL MAKE YOU READ THIS BY NOT TAGGING OR BY CALLING IT
SOMETHING ELSE."
I'm not sure there's any technological solution to such issues.
