I assume that an announcement will be made somewhere--here? when the seed
accounts, batch one and batch two, are actually available on the 30th and the
1st. Will that announcement include the Paypal address to which payment (I
understand $200?) should be made? And if you already have an invite code and
have set up an account, will you need to do it all again, or will the current
account be upgraded?
