Well authorities do make mistakes and perhaps they issued a call that is not standard. My suggestion would be instead of complaining to a world forum, go to the authorities and determine what is going on first.
Botswana issued me an A22 call. It was a mistake. Foreigners are only supposed to have A25 calls. However my license clearly stated A22.
