There is much interest in getting licenses for VU4 and VU7 these days. I beg all hams to wait to make their own applications for license there until after March 2005. Please allow the India people who have a real chance of getting a license to do their work. These India people will either succeed by March or new information will become clear by then.
The way the India system works is that the more applications sent, the LESS chance anyone will get a license.
I know this message sounds not democratic, but I am simply telling the facts as I have observed them. Please everyone, put your eggs in one basket now for a few months and do not overwhelm the system with many applications these days.
