That is not a fair assessment INMHO.

 I believe it is a question of experience, circumstances and probably a lot
of other things.
These chaps live in an overheated tent under what we may call primitive
circumstances and it is probably not so easy to think clearly, except for
getting on the air as much as possible.  We should respect that + give them
some contructive input on how things can be improved - if at all  possible.

KP3 did a superb job on 30 m this morning ( 06-07  UTC ) - excellent
operator !   I just did not have propagation good enough to cross the pond
due to Aurora Borealis, which is prevalent at this time of the year in
Scandinavia.  Many people in central and south Europe worked him.
He was just above the noise ( sometimes ) here !

I am keeping my fingers crossed for better openings before they leave !!
