Bud, Maybe if they had used the system and experienced the frustrations you complain about, they would have approved the resources necessary to fix those problems!
99 and 44/100th percent of the complaints about LotW could be resolved by fixing software problems, improving the end-user documentation, increased marketing/awareness of LotW domestically and internationally and providing better ways to handle DX sign-ups. ARRL Officials & Officers should be supporting/promoting LotW as much as they are out there talking about Spectrum Defense, "the Big Idea," and other programs.
