[DX-CHAT] 406dx

I worked 406dx on 15 meters yesterday.  This was supposed to be a big DXPedition having k8lee as the qsl manager. I want to work them on 17 meters and haven't seen them spotted today.  Do any of you know what the story on them is? Jim
