I have been out of the loop for YEARS! I have not sent a card overseas for a long time, so I need to ask a couple questions. I need cards for 4O3T and KH8SI (going to Japan) What return envelope size do I need for either? Seems the Japanese stations always wanted an oversize return envelope. Also how many greenstamps do I need to send for the return postage for either country?
