I installed VOACAP as per the HAMCAP instructions and let VOACAP go where it wanted. When I installed HamCAP everything worked as it was supposed to. I can't find it right now - where is your VOACAP installed?
Why don't you e-mail the HamCAP author. He has always responded quickly back to my questions in the past.
