Kosovo was taking on by the UN long ago. I've been watching it for at least a year now. The UN was in authority when the YU8's were activated thus the United Nations Mission In Kosovo (UNMIK) license was perfectly in order and legal as far as rebellions go. If you want to do the 1 step 2 step with the league that's your problem but things will be changing. Not only with the outside world but within the league. The league asked for the UN and they got it. The fireworks there are better there now so let's quit the foot dragging and do what has to be done.
