I received an email today stating L.B.Cebek, W4RNL, has passed away. For those of you who don't know, he was one of the premier antenna experts who wrote several books and had an antenna web site. This has to be a great lose to amateur radio. Cebik was, before retirement, a professor at The University of Tennesee (I believe he was in Electrical Engineering, but not sure).
