The signal peaks at S9 + 15 db. with the beam between North and East of here (
central NC ), but is fairly strong in all directions. Quite a bit of QSB here,
which makes it a little difficult to pinpoint.

  Subject: [DX-CHAT] 7026 stuck keyer

Hi Folks, there is a stuck keyer at 7026 which has been going for more than
24 hours. Anyone who could provide directional info on this signal please send
it to cskol...@arrl.org or to me. The FCC is aware, but it would be nice if we
could solve this ouselves. Likely not intentional, someone has the paddle stuck
and doesn't know it.
