Hmmmmmm. I'm really a bit surprised, because I always thought of
Chak JT1CO as a pretty reliable QSLer. I would guess that some cards
have not been reaching him.
First, be sure to add "Via Japan" to the address after
Mongolia. Otherwise USPO will route your mail via Russia, where it
will vanish. Secondly, I'd recommend two green stamps - I have no
idea whether IRCs are valid in Mongolia. Thirdly, if you're really
serious and/or frustrated, just use registered mail.
Typical response to the guys around here who have worked Chak
was 4-6 weeks.
