Finnaly > YES , LoTW as OBLIGATION for ALL !
We can count on QSL's never seen B4 & no chance to have them via buro or
several direct attempt via namager > VP8SSI, TX0DX, E44DX, 3Y0PI, VK0IR,
K7K, K4M, .....etc......well , by the scool by now....marked as NO WAY for
BURO CARDS.
> So I'm sure that all of us been waiting for chance like this one > LoTW.
BUT > Untill this LoTW will not take a place as OBLIGATION , esspecially
for at least TOP-20 by most wanted DXCC's ,
will be absoluttely 'UNUSABLLE' & will keep those DXCC's & Managers >
'UNTOUCHABLE' ......
SO I SUGGEST: in the comming rulles of DXCC commitee . simplyy add:
1.When some DXPN send the approvall documents that was legal one > TO
INCLUDE COMPLETTE UNCHANGABLE LOG on LoTW > Otherwise that operation is NOT
GOOD FOR DXCC(WAZ, IOTA,WPX...etc.) ....... just to make it sure that
everyone are in same position.............
Because if this NOT HAPPEND > LoTW is DEAD before the START !!!
Stay Tuned on SIX !!!

LOTW is up, we should all celebrate.
We are catching up with time.
I congratulate ARRL on their vision, they have done it for all of us
(again).
You work new country, you will have it confirmed.
I have sent 10 direct QSL attempts to some QSL managers to no avail.
Somehow lots of people can talk about M_O_N_E_Y only.
It costed money to develop LOTW, and it will cost money to run it.
THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH !
If you need LOTW, you can use it.
If you do not need it, you do not have to use it.
Would not that be nice if somebody else was to pay for us all the time ?
No, I am happy to pay for service I use.
