>From today's (Oct 19) Daily DX Yesterday morning the House Resources Committee, by unanimous consent, sent to the House floor H.R. 1183, which will, if passed by the full Congress, require the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to reopen Desecheo (KP5) and Navassa (KP1) islands to limited public access.
