Jerry,

It took me several direct tries to to get a PY0TUP card over quite some time. 
I'd try an email first. I've had good luck doing that. Check 
http://www.dxlabsuite.com/pathfinder/WebClient/NoRatings.htm for possible 
routes and emails.

I just had a KP1 QSO confirmed from 1992 that I found when digitizing my old 
logs.
