Received a QSL card via the buro from 9Q5MO - Otto in Bukavu, D.R.C. This was
quite a surpise, because everything I've read about this station suggests that
he is operating illegaly without written authorization. Worked him for a new
one, so I was really ticked off when I found out that he was no good.
Never heard of a pirate station QSLing. Anyone else rx his card?
