This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

MADAGASCAR, 5R.  Michele, 5R8UI has been active on 15 meters using
SSB around 1600 to 1700z.  QSL via IZ8CCW.

AZORES, CU.  A group of operators are QRV as CR1FSC from Forte Santa
Catarina on Terceira Island, IOTA EU-175, until May 2.  QSL via
CU3EQ.

IRAN, EP.  Mohamad, EP4MRG has been active on 20 meters using SSB
around 1430 to 1730z.  QSL to home call.

SCOTLAND, GM.  A group of operators are QRV as GB8RUM from the Isle
of Rum, IOTA EU-008, in the Inner Hebrides until May 3.  Activity is
on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and PSK63.  QSL via MM0DFV.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Alberto, IW1PRT is QRV as HB0/home call until
May 1 and is active on 160 to 10 meters using QRP power.  QSL via
IZ1MKR.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI.  Club station HI0IDT is QRV until May 9 to
commemorate the International Book Fair Santo Domingo 2010, honoring
poet Freddy Gaton Arce.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters each day from
1200 to 2359z.  QSL via bureau.

COLOMBIA, HK.  Pedro, HK3JJH is QRV as 5K8T from El Morro Island,
IOTA SA-081, until May 4.  Activity is mostly on 40 and 20 meters
using SSB.  QSL to home call.

OGASAWARA, JD1.  Hiroyuki, JG7PSJ will be QRV as JD1BMH from
Chichijima, IOTA AS-031, from May 2 to 14.  Activity is on 40 to 6
metes, and possibly 80 meters, using CW, SSB and digital modes.  QSL
to home call.  In addition, Makoto, JI5RPT will be QRV as JD1BLY,
also from Chichijima, from May 2 to 7.  Activity will be on 40 to 6
meters using CW, SSB, digital modes and Satellites.  QSL to home
call.

AUSTRIA, OE.  The Vienna International Amateur Radio Club is QRV as
4U10NPT during the month of May during the 2010 Review Conference of
the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear
Weapons.  QSL via OE1ZKC.

ALAND ISLANDS, OH0.  Hans, DK3PZ is QRV as OH0/home call until May 8.
Activity is on all HF bands.  QSL via bureau.
 
SEYCHELLES, S7.  Vlad, RA9LR is QRV as S79LR from Desroches, IOTA
AF-033, until May 7 and then from Mahe, IOTA AF-024, from May 8 to
10.  Activity is mainly on the low bands using CW, RTTY and PSK63
with some SSB.  This includes being an entry in the ARI
International Contest, and the upcoming Alessandro Volta RTTY DX and
CQ-Mir International DX Contests.  QSL via operator's instructions.

SUDAN, St.  Robert, S53R is QRV as ST2AR from Khartoum until the
Summer of 2011 and is now active on 6 meters.  QSL to home call.

CHAD, TT.  Phil, F4EGS is QRV as TT8PK and has been active on 15
meters using CW around 1400z and 20 meters SSB around 1700z.  QSL to
home call.

ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0.  Valery, RZ9DX is QRV as RZ9DX/0/A from
Medvezh'ya Island, IOTA AS-005, in the Kara Sea Coast West Group.
He has been active on 20 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via
operator's instructions.

UKRAINE, UR.  Andy, UR3MP and Serge, UR4IN are QRV as EM65MP and
UM65IZ, respectively, until May 15 in celebration of the 65th
anniversary of the end of World War II.  Activity is on the HF bands
using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL to home calls.

BRUNEI, V8.  Roslan, V85AVE has been QRV on 20 metes SSB around 1300
to 1500z.  QSL via EA7FTR.  In addition, Tamat, V85TL has been
active on 20 meters CW around 1400z.  QSL to home call.  Mohamad,
V85TX has been active using RTTY on 20 meters around 1600z. QSL via
W3HNK.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  In celebration of its 100th anniversary, the
Wireless Institute of Australia's special event station VK100WIA is
QRV until the end of September.  QSL via bureau.

VANUATU, YJ.  John, ZL1GWE is QRV as YJ0AWE from Port Vila, Efate
Island, IOTA OC-035, until May 9.  Activity is on 30 to 10 meters
using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The New England QSO Party, 10-10
International Spring Digital Contest, ARI International DX Contest,
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Araucaria VHF Contest, MARAC QSO Party,
Microwave Spring Sprint, SBMS 2 GHz and Up WW Club Contest, 7th Call
Area QSO Party, AGCW QRP/QRP CW Party and Indiana QSO Party will
keep contesters busy this weekend.  The RSGB 80-Meter Club SSB
Championship is scheduled for May 3.  The ARS Spartan CW Sprint and
MIE 33 Contest are scheduled for May 4.  Please see May QST, page
