Funny. In the past, I've offered several "problem" DX stations (alleged
GS/IRC collectors) to be their manager. A few said yes. I've yet to see a
log. Go figure.

I suggest that those of us who complain about some DX op not answering QSL
requests, that the complainer volunteer to the DX station to be his QSL mgr.
