comments and QSL's in general are best left to the QSL Reflector.
This is a great site for checking the status of QSL cards, logs, etc.
you can send mail to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with the following
command in the body of your email message:
subscribe dx-qsl
Additionally, there are several websites that are excellent sources
of QSL and QSL manager information.
Of course, the DXR is available, BUT, please use it as a last resort,
after all other sources are exhausted.
