Perhaps, but difficulties in getting DXing radios fixed or shipped from one
point to another are, IMHO, relevant to DXing.

There is more to DXing than turning on the radio---especially if the radio
does not turn on.

Personally, I think info like that is more relevant to this List than someone
asking for QSL info for a QSO ten years (or ten minutes) ago. JMO.
