Randy,

You may get other responses.  If you look at your typical stereo speakers
there is a polarity of + and - on the terminals.  Wiring the channels to
your stereo you make sure that + is to + and - is to -.  If you wire one
properly and the other improperly you are "out of phase".  You can visually
see this by removing the speaker coverings and watch one speaker baffle move
out as the other channel speaker's baffle is moving in.  When in-phase both
will move in and out at the same time.  The short story would be to simple
"swap" the existing leads on one of your headsets speaker leads.
