I am under the impression that this virus problem is a hoax, perpetrated by
some of our finest...Prior to dumping this file into the recycle bin, and
subsequently the trash (as I did), would it not be best to determine the
nature of this file, residing in the command folder of Windows?  Might I
suggest that you contact www.symantec.com, then to the virus research
center?  One might learn that the purpose of the file is to allow Windows to
identify files that have extra long names...Stranger things....
