Seems that would be the exact opposite of the amateur radio code.. That we speak to all legal hams regardless of their country's political viewpoint.
If we followed you suggestion.. 4X's would not talk to 9K's, W4's would avoid CO's, 7X's would be skeptical of F's, G's would have an issue's with EI's (not to mention GM's and G's).
